Digital Products

Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of our digital products, all digital product sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Educational resources
  • Other downloadable products

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except where required by applicable law.

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will gladly help ensure you receive your files.


Coaching Services

Our coaching services are intended to provide personalized guidance based on real-world experience.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Cancellations

Coaching sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded at Rental Pivot’s discretion.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without prior communication may not be eligible for a refund.


Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations happen.

If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Technical Issues

If you experience:

  • Download problems
  • Corrupted files
  • Incorrect files
  • Access issues
  • Website errors preventing delivery

please contact us as soon as possible. We will work promptly to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download.


Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us. Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund or store credit.


Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Rental Pivot may delay resolution and could result in suspension of access to purchased products while the matter is investigated.
