These Coaching Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all coaching and consulting services provided by Rental Pivot. By purchasing or participating in any coaching session, consultation, or mentorship program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Coaching Services
Rental Pivot provides educational coaching and consulting based on personal experience building and operating a successful trailer rental business.
Coaching services may include:
- One-on-one coaching sessions
- Business strategy discussions
- Operations guidance
- Marketing recommendations
- Customer service best practices
- Pricing strategies
- Fleet management discussions
- General business education
Coaching is educational in nature and should not be interpreted as professional legal, financial, tax, insurance, engineering, or accounting advice.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Every business is unique.
While Rental Pivot shares strategies that have been successful in real-world operations, we do not guarantee:
- Revenue
- Profit
- Business growth
- Customer acquisition
- Market success
- Specific financial outcomes
Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, local market conditions, competition, available capital, experience, and implementation.
3. Client Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for:
- All business decisions
- Implementing recommendations
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Licensing requirements
- Zoning approvals
- Insurance coverage
- Taxes
- Safety practices
- Customer agreements
Coaching recommendations are suggestions based on experience and should be evaluated independently before implementation.
4. Scheduling
Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance through our designated booking system.
Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time and provide accurate contact information when booking.
5. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Sessions canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled based on availability.
6. Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your scheduled coaching session without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Rental Pivot may make exceptions in cases of emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances at its discretion.
7. Session Length
Each coaching session will last for the duration specified at the time of booking.
If technical issues beyond the client’s control significantly reduce the session time, reasonable efforts will be made to complete or reschedule the remaining portion.
8. Communication
Unless otherwise agreed, coaching sessions may be conducted by:
- Phone
- Video conference
- Other mutually agreed communication platforms
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet or phone connection.
9. Confidentiality
Rental Pivot respects your privacy.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except:
- With your permission
- As required by law
- To protect legal rights or safety
Likewise, clients agree not to publicly share confidential coaching materials or proprietary methods provided by Rental Pivot.
10. Recording Policy
Coaching sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without the prior written consent of Rental Pivot.
If both parties agree to a recording, it is licensed solely for the purchasing client’s personal use and may not be shared, sold, or published.
11. Refund Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for complete details.
Generally:
- Digital products are non-refundable.
- Coaching cancellations with adequate notice may qualify for rescheduling or a refund at Rental Pivot’s discretion.
- Missed appointments without notice are generally not refundable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rental Pivot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Coaching recommendations
- Business decisions
- Lost profits
- Lost opportunities
- Customer disputes
- Equipment purchases
- Regulatory issues
- Business operations
Participation in coaching is voluntary, and all decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
13. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, worksheets, presentations, templates, guides, recordings (if provided), and supporting documents remain the intellectual property of Rental Pivot.
They may not be:
- Resold
- Redistributed
- Published
- Shared publicly
- Used to create competing coaching products or courses
14. Professional Advice Disclaimer
Rental Pivot provides educational coaching only.
Nothing discussed during coaching should be considered:
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Tax advice
- Insurance advice
- Engineering advice
- Accounting advice
- Investment advice
Clients should consult qualified professionals regarding matters requiring specialized expertise.
15. Right to Refuse Service
Rental Pivot reserves the right to refuse or discontinue coaching services if a client:
- Engages in abusive or threatening behavior.
- Requests assistance with unlawful activities.
- Violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Uses coaching services in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of Rental Pivot.
If services are discontinued due to a violation of these terms, refunds may not be provided.
16. Changes to Coaching Services
Rental Pivot reserves the right to modify coaching services, pricing, scheduling procedures, or available offerings at any time.
Changes will not affect coaching sessions that have already been purchased unless required for operational or legal reasons.
17. Governing Law
These Coaching Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
